At JP Family Law & Mediation, our Logan-based team of family lawyers are focused on delivering remote services to improve and increase access to quality family law services to those who may not want to venture into the traditional city based offices.

Whether you are local to us, or halfway across the country, the ease and availability of video conferencing (we use Zoom) has made life more efficient and convenient for most of us.

No longer do our Logan-based clients need to take a day off work to come in for their consult. Instead, we get to catch our clients in their tractor, in their car after work, or at home after hours. We speak with clients who are out for a walk, or sitting in a spare office in their workplace.

A lot of our systems are automated and online, we work via email and Zoom, and where post or phone calls are needed – we will do them too.

We are also playing ‘favourites’ and love to work with clients in the areas of the country we love to visit and spend time in.

JP Family Law was ‘born’ right here in Logan, and we are particularly passionate about servicing our local clients.

We love visiting our clients locally to sign up a Will and Power of Attorney, or finalise a long running family law dispute by agreement. As locals, we love any excuse to take a drive to Cornubia, or stop by the Logan Village bakery for lunch on our way back from an appointment.

With our Legal Practice Director, Jess, based near Jimboomba and her family and friends living and working throughout Logan, we understand the particular needs of our clients out here, and truly enjoy working with a ‘local’.
